Current Families:
1. Parents or guardians of currently enrolled children are required to complete the “Winter 2011 Gap Camp Current Student Registration” form.
2. The form is then to be returned in person (ONLY) to 418 S. Washington St. along with the full payment for the fun day or the full week.
3. Once registered, the registering parent/guardian will receive a confirmation letter that is to be brought on the first two days of the camp.
* All accounts must be current with a zero balance prior to registering for winter camp.
New Families:
1. Parents or guardians of enrolling children not currently enrolled in Campagna Kids, are required to complete Standard registration packet found here.
2. All required documents must be submitted at the time of registration. See the list of required documents here.
3. The form is then to be returned in person (ONLY) to 418 S. Washington St. along with the registration fee and full payment for the fun day or the full week.
4. Once registered, the registering parent/guardian will receive a confirmation letter that is to be brought on the first two days of the camp.
Winter Camp will be held 7 AM - 6 PM December 26 - 30, 2011 at the following location: John Adams: 5651 Rayburn Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22311
