 Our comprehensive benefits program includes:

• 15 days of vacation per year*
• Eight days of sick leave per year
• Organization-paid basic employee health insurance for each employee
• Organization-paid individual dental and vision insurance
• Organization-paid life insurance
• Organization-paid short- and long-term disability insurance
  

*School-year employees work modified schedules and earn fewer days annual leave, but gain additional holidays each year. Part-time employees working more than 15 hours per week earn a pro-rated share of leave benefits.
