Campagna Kids is a unique before- and after-school enrichment program providing a positive learning environment at a family-friendly price. Last year the Campagna Kids program served more than 750 children grades K - 5 at twelve of Alexandria’s elementary schools. Campagna Kids follows all NAA standards. Staff: A Site Director supervises each program and is assisted by experienced school-aged childcare staff. The children are supervised in a 1:12 (adult-to-child ratio) environment during both the school year and during the summer. Enrichment: Campagna Kids focuses on enrichment activities that align with the State of Virginia’s Standards of Learning. Qualified education professionals administer these learning activities, some of which include chess, science, dance, and drama. Tutoring: Every Campagna Kids site has an afterschool math and reading club for all grade levels. The curriculum is interactive and taught by qualified education professionals. Educational games and book clubs are also offered during the academic hours.
