The Assistant Group Leader (AGL) position is an entry level position into the Campagna Kids Programs. AGLs receive training that will prepare them for success in the program sites and daily interactions with children. AGLs are responsible for the set up and break down of each site, sanitizing tables, and physically participating in planned activities for the children. AGLS are key to ensuring that instructions from Site Directors and Group Leaders are carried out safely and completely.
