Christopher Campagna

Christopher Campagna founded Braddock Commercial in 2012 after eight years at Tartan Properties, and previously with Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster, later Insignia/ESG and now CBRE. As a partner at Tartan Properties Christopher helped establish Tartan as a leader in the Alexandria market, and helped transform small family brokerage into recognized local brand with reputation of integrity and performance. At CBRE Christopher was member of the Tenant Services group, and International Business Committee. He specialized in the representation of associations and corporate government relations firms in Washington, DC and developed a specialty in representing US firms in United Kingdom, particularly in London. Prior to becoming a commercial property broker, Mr. Campagna worked in the real estate industry for over ten years in finance, construction and development, and as an appraiser of both commercial and residential real estate. With considerable expertise in real estate appraisal, Mr. Campagna provides a special perspective in the analysis of building values and current market  conditions as it relates to the client’s needs and objectives. In 2000, Mr. Campagna was recognized by Insignia/ESG as the “Associate of the Year” and continues to be a leader of his peers within the industry. He has been involved in over 500 sales and leasing transactions. Mr. Campagna is actively involved in his community through the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, serves on the board of directors of The Campagna Center and is a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership Alexandria. He also is a past chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Third Century Scholarship Fund. A lifelong resident of Alexandria, Mr. Campagna lives in the city with his wife and two daughters. He attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland as a political science major and studied urban land management at Virginia Commonwealth University. Holds a Master’s in Commercial Property from Lipsey School of Real Estate.
