Frank Jolly is currently a Program Manager at Tech Marine Business leading a team that provides management-consulting services to the Department of Defense and U.S. Navy in Washington, D.C. Mr. Jolly was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. After earning his B.A. in Political Science and playing college football at Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC, he interned on Capitol Hill with a U.S. Senator from North Carolina. He went on to receive his Masters in Public Administration from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC later returning to the Washington D.C area where he met his wife. Mr. Jolly has been involved with The Campagna Center’s Development Committee since 2014. From an early age, Frank has had an interest in volunteering whether through Boy Scouts as an Eagle Scout or as a Volunteer coordinator on his College Football team. Frank is married to Caroline Mica Jolly and has three children, Martha Jeanne, Gentry and Edward and lives in Alexandria, VA.
