GAYLE C. TODD
Gayle Todd joined The Campagna Center in December 2016 as the Director of Human Resources. She brings well over a decade of work experience in the world of Human Resources. Gayle has several years of experience at the mission-driven non-profit, KaBOOM!, and at a company deeply committed to global improvement through their issue-driven business practices, Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. Gayle excels at supporting short- and long-term business goals at the strategic level as well as performing the crucial day-to-day tasks of the HR function. She enjoys volunteering at her local elementary school and for a youth group where she helps participants develop crucial skills and confidence to launch them into a lifetime of leadership.
Gayle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with Minors in Health Science and Women’s Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego. In addition, she has held her certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute for more than ten years. Gayle is also certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
