Don Lubreski
Don Lubreski joined The Campagna Center in 2022 as its Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for leading financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, compliance, internal controls and IT. Mr. Lubreski brings over 35 years of accounting and financial leadership experience to The Campagna Center. Prior to joining TCC, Mr. Lubreski was the Chief Financial Officer at SEAF, a 501(c) nonprofit global impact private equity manager that achieves meaningful and measurable impact results and positive financial returns by providing entrepreneurs in emerging markets with the capital, knowledge, and networks they need to grow their business. Since 1989, SEAF has made more than 430 investments across 41 funds in more than 31 countries. As the CFO for 13 years, his responsibilities included financial oversight of the worldwide SEAF management entity, the $400 million dollars of private equity funds it managed, the grants it received, and all other programs it administered. Prior to joining SEAF, Mr. Lubreski was employed as the Vice President of Operations at UltraDNS, a California based provider of managed DNS services. In this capacity, he oversaw the management of the operational support system that enabled advanced tracking, billing, and customer support connected with the Internet directory services. His strategic focus included planning the operational and network requirements required for the company’s future directory services initiatives. He has worked in many other professional settings. Mr. Lubreski received a BS with a concentration in Accounting and Management Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University in Pennsylvania and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Rutgers Graduate School of Management in New Jersey and is a licensed CPA. In his free time, Mr. Lubreski enjoys playing and coaching basketball and baseball.
