Paula Lettice is an experienced senior manager with a career in the public and non-profit sectors. After earning her B.A. from Trinity College, she went on to become a Management Intern with the U.S. Department Navy where she quickly moved into supervisory and management positions. Early on, she earned her M.P.A. as an evening student at The George Washington University. After 16 years, she left the Navy and moved to the Department of State where she was a career member of the Senior Executive Service. Her nearly 30 years of experience in the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government concentrated on federal budgeting and strategic planning. She then went on to become the Executive Director of the Entomological Society of America, a member-based organization for those with professional and academic knowledge and interest in insects. Later, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Architect of the Capitol. Since then, she has formed two small businesses; Gal Friday Associates & Arabesque Angel Accessories. Ms. Lettice has been very active in non-profit organizations for many years as well. She currently serves on the board of The Campagna Center in Alexandria and two committees of other non-profits. She was honored to serve as a Trustee at Trinity for six years, and she served as a board member and officer of Good Shepherd Housing and Family Services in Alexandria (Fairfax County) and continues as a volunteer and member of its Finance Committee. Ms. Lettice resides in Alexandria, Virginia. She has two grown sons, one a graduate of Georgetown University and one from the College of William and Mary, and four grandchildren.
