Terra Bonds Clark

Terra Bonds Clark, M.S., has worked in early childhood and social services for over 20 years. She has experience in professional development and training, human services, and early education service delivery. Ms. Bonds Clark has worked in national nonprofits and philanthropic organizations, state agencies, and regional and national federal offices supporting Early Head Start and Head Start, Child Care, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), and a variety of other programs. Her experiences have also included direct service to individuals in communities, including parents, children, teachers, and professionals. Her primary areas of focus have been on infant-toddler development and early childhood, family self-sufficiency, program improvement, and training and technical assistance. Ms. Bonds Clark’s systems-level and community engagement has fostered her skills in collaborating with stakeholders and high-level officials across services and agencies. She is experienced in facilitating, leading, planning, and implementing programs, professional development, training experiences, and product development. She has expertise in directing national training and technical assistance models offered in-person and virtually. Ms. Bonds Clark has led large projects, and created processes to build infrastructure for systems supporting professionals working with young children, families and communities.
