More than a dozen members of the Senate and House were joined by leaders of prominent national organizations, parents, and early educators for a rally on Capitol Hill to support the inclusion of a child care proposal from Chairwoman Patty Murray (D-WA) and Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) in the budget reconciliation package.
