Stacey Dash

Stacey is an executive-level leader with 25+ years of experience working within start-up organizations and Fortune 500 companies. She is currently the Chief of Business Development for ProCure On-Demand, a Public Benefit Corporation focused on closing persistent gaps in the transplant process so more people can get lifesaving organ transplants.
Stacey has held a range of roles over the years. She was the VP, Operational Excellence and Strategy, for a division of Aramark ($260M annual revenue), where she served in a combination COO/CMO role reporting to the division President. In this role, she managed a team of 60 people and was responsible to drive strategy and growth for seven brands. Prior to her role at Aramark, she was part of the senior management team at Avendra, joining in the nascent stages to help grow the business from a startup to $140M in annual revenue. Avendra was sold in 2017 to Aramark for $1.35B. Her previous roles included working for large companies such as Thomson Financial and Intuit, as well as a range of smaller/startup organizations.
In addition to her work, Stacey is passionate about supporting her community. She currently serves on the boards of Campagna Center and American Red Cross, National Capital & Greater Chesapeake Region. Over the years she has focused her efforts on working with the International Study Abroad program at Randolph-Macon college, coaching elementary and middle schoolers through Alexandria Lacrosse Club, mentoring veterans transitioning to the civilian world through American Corporate Partners (ACP) and as a founding member/board member of the Port City Chapter of the National Charity League (focused on mothers and daughters volunteering together).
Stacey is a stand-up comedy fan, travel enthusiast, and dedicated yoga student who completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in 2022. She earned her BA from Randolph-Macon College, where she majored in Business Economics and English, and her MBA from Georgetown University.
