Bradley Stevenson is an accomplished financial executive and operations leader with over 21 years of experience driving growth, enhancing governance, and managing complex organizations. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at AMS Group Inc., a global defense contractor, where he has led the company’s financial strategy through a period of rapid expansion.

At AMS, Brad has overseen several M&A deals, negotiated increased credit facilities, and modernized the company’s internal control framework. He also provides strategic oversight of the human resources function, ensuring alignment between financial sustainability and workforce development.

Before joining AMS, Brad spent five years at UCG LLC, a diversified media company, where he managed finance and operations across payroll, benefits, and production for a 1,000-person organization. His contributions included implementing a global HR system, leading financial planning for multiple subsidiaries, and supporting strategic acquisitions and divestitures ranging from $1 million to $650 million.

Brad began his career at National Cathedral School, where he played a key role in managing a $51 million capital campaign and developed new business models that increased auxiliary revenue while supporting the school’s mission.

He brings deep expertise in financial planning, GAAP accounting, change management, and system implementation. Brad holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont and is passionate about contributing his financial acumen and strategic insight to mission-driven organizations.
