Gayle Todd joined Campagna Center in December 2016. She possesses a comprehensive Human Resources background with both depth and breadth across key functions. Gayle has several years of experience at the mission-driven non-profit, KaBOOM!, and at a company deeply committed to global improvement through their issue-driven business practices, Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. Gayle excels at supporting short- and long-term business goals at the strategic level as well as performing the crucial day-to-day tasks of the HR function. She enjoys volunteering with a youth group where she helps participants develop crucial skills and confidence to launch them into a lifetime of leadership.

Gayle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with Minors in Health Science and Women’s Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego. In addition, she holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential from the Human Resource Certification Institute as well as the Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
