Jerry Kelly serves as Board Chair of Campagna Center, where he brings decades of executive leadership experience in technology, operations, and organizational development to support the organization’s mission. At the heart of Jerry’s board service is a deep belief that education opens doors for individuals and, in doing so, lifts the communities around them.

Professionally, Jerry is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer at AMS Group, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of engineered aerospace and defense equipment. He oversees revenue and margin delivery, supply chain operations, quality, technology, and cybersecurity, and has helped grow the company significantly while leading major technology and compliance initiatives.

Prior to AMS Group, Jerry served as Global Chief Technology Officer at the DAS Group of Companies, a $6 billion division of Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC), while also serving as CEO of Consolidated Data Services (CDS), Inc., DAS’s global IT services firm. There he built and led a 460-person shared services organization spanning five global data centers, overseeing the consolidation of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology platforms across more than 300 advertising and marketing agencies worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Jerry was a software and database architect, building enterprise software solutions for companies and government agencies through his own firm, maxQ Consulting Group, as well as at Financial Modeling Specialists and Booz Allen & Hamilton. He holds an MBA from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
