He led the design and build of a secure and globally redundant wide area network, the creation of a world-class cybersecurity program, and the consolidation of 45,000+ email accounts to Microsoft Office 365. Further, he created and launched CDS University to allow all CDS staff to take technology courses to further their skills and earn certifications in the technology of their choosing.

Before DAS, Jerry was a software and database architect designing and building custom enterprise software solutions for both companies and government agencies. He did this work at his own company, maxQ Consulting Group, at Financial Modeling Specialists, and before that at Booz Allen & Hamilton.
