Lynn McCreary is an accomplished senior executive, lawyer, and corporate leader with more than four decades of experience advising and leading organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and significant change. Her career spans legal, governance, risk, compliance, human resources, and strategic leadership, with extensive experience in highly regulated, technology-driven, and publicly traded businesses. Currently, Lynn serves as Chief Legal Officer of InvestCloud, Inc., a global leader in wealth technology. Prior to InvestCloud, she served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Sportradar AG, a Swiss based international sports data technology company (Nasdaq: SRAD). Earlier, Lynn was Chief Legal Officer of Fiserv, Inc., where she was a member of the executive leadership team of one of the world’s leading financial services technology companies. She previously was a Partner at Bryan Cave LLP, where she advised public and private companies on complex corporate, transactional, governance, and regulatory matters. Earlier in her career, she served as a Vice President at Metmor Financial and began her professional career at Citicorp. Across these roles, Lynn has served as a trusted advisor to executive teams and boards, helping organizations navigate complex business, regulatory, governance, risk, and organizational challenges while maintaining a strong focus on culture, accountability, and long-term value. Her experience includes public company governance, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, organizational transformation, and leadership of complex global teams. Lynn brings to nonprofit boards the perspective of a seasoned corporate executive combined with a deep commitment to mission-driven leadership and the power of education. She believes effective governance requires both rigorous stewardship and a genuine understanding of the people and communities an organization serves. She is particularly passionate about building organizations grounded in integrity, inclusion, accountability, and a shared commitment to purpose. Her nonprofit experience includes serving as chair and director of Washburn University Law School and offering support to numerous community organizations in Kansas and Wisconsin, where she formerly lived. As a nonprofit board member, Lynn offers strategic judgment, governance expertise, risk and compliance perspective, executive leadership experience, and a collaborative approach. She is committed to applying the lessons learned throughout her career to help the Campagna center optimize its impact, navigate change, and achieve meaningful and lasting results.
