Mesia Dillard-Warner has worked in childcare for over thirty years supporting children and adults aged 6 weeks to 21 years of age. Mesia is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and holds an Associate’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Mesia has worked mainly in nonprofit organizations during the span of her career and has a passion for building lasting relationships. She has a genuine passion to educate, coach, and advocate for all the children, families, and staff she has the pleasure of serving. In Mesia’s downtime, she is an avid thrift store shopper and enjoys spending time traveling with her family.

A native of Martinsville, Virginia, a small town where everyone knows everyone, Mesia is a firm believer that it takes a village to ensure every child, and every family, has access to resources, quality education, and safe and developmentally enriching activities within their own community.
