Mr. DePuy is President of The SeaMarsh Group, Inc. (SMGi), a management consulting and training solutions company, established in December 2009 as a Florida corporation. Mr. DePuy serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of Special Applications Group, Inc. (SAG) in Tampa, FL and the Board of Advisors to the President of Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc. (TSSi) in Harrisonburg, VA. He provides management consulting services to Definitive Logic Corporation in Arlington, VA, serves as senior advisor to L&Q International in Alexandria, VA, and advises WGS Systems, LLC of Frederick, MD. From 2010 to 2014, SMGi operated a state-of-the-art business training facility in Miami, FL serving long-term commercial clients. Mr. DePuy was Chief Executive Officer of CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) thru February 2010 when he retired after 21 years of service with the company. He was the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CALIBRE from 1989 thru 1991, President from 1991 thru 2009, and CEO from 2000 until February 2010. Mr. DePuy served as a member of the Board of Directors from 1989 thru 2010.
