ZERO TO THREE is on a mission to ensure that babies and toddlers across America have the resources they need to start out strong in the first three years of life. Their Strolling Thunder campaign sends a loud message to Congress to #ThinkBabies and prioritize the needs of families during this critical time in a child’s development. The Strolling Thunder mobile baby monitor truck visited Campagna Center’s George Washington Early Head Start site to highlight the stories of families with young ones across all 50 states, and the importance of providing affordable, quality child care for every child.
